This policy explains how Raleko LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on brandretriever.com and app.brandretriever.com (together, the "Sites"). For more on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in comparable ways. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
How we use cookies
We use three types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary. These keep you signed in, protect the Sites from abuse, remember your cookie choices, and remember settings you choose in BrandRetriever, such as the folder and view you last used. The Sites can't work without them, so they can't be turned off.
- Analytics. These help us understand how the Sites are used, find bugs, and improve the product, including by recording sessions in the app and in BrandRetriever's panels inside Klaviyo. They are set only if you allow them.
- Marketing. These help us understand which of our marketing works and send you relevant emails about BrandRetriever. They are set only if you allow them.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to use cookies on the Sites for advertising.

Analytics and marketing tools may also store information in your browser's local storage, under the same choices. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set short-lived security cookies, and may run a bot check on our sign-in and sign-up forms. When you use another provider's pages or tools through BrandRetriever, such as Stripe's checkout or a connected service's file picker, that provider sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Your choices
You can change your choices at any time in our cookie settings. Your choices apply to both brandretriever.com and app.brandretriever.com.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Sites may not work.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when we change how we use cookies, and revise the date at the top. If a change affects the choices you made, we will ask you again.
