BrandRetriever Subprocessors

BrandRetriever is a product of Raleko LLC. To provide BrandRetriever, we use the third-party service providers listed below ("Subprocessors"). They may process personal data on our behalf, including Customer Personal Data as defined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
We have written data protection terms in place with each Subprocessor, and we remain responsible for their processing of Customer Personal Data as described in the DPA. For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Services you connect
BrandRetriever works with accounts that you choose to connect, such as Klaviyo, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Brandfolder. If you sign in with Google, Google also provides your sign-in. These providers are not our Subprocessors. You decide whether to connect them, and your use of each one is governed by your own agreement with that provider.
Klaviyo is also listed above in a separate role. We use our own Klaviyo account to send email to you, which is unrelated to the Klaviyo accounts you connect to BrandRetriever.
Get notified of changes
Subscribe below to get an email when we plan to add or replace a Subprocessor. As described in our DPA, this subscription is how we notify customers of changes. We will email subscribers at least 10 business days before a new Subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data.
Customers may object to a change within 30 days of the notice by emailing notices@raleko.com.
